Description
LS-BF1 is a stable, low-toxicity cationic antimicrobial peptide. LS-BF1 shows broad-spectrum antibacterial activity through a cell membrane disruption mechanism, including against challenging ESKAPE pathogens. LS-BF1 shows good in vivo bacterial clearance in mouse infection models.
