Description
LA-Bac8c is a lipoic acid-modified antimicrobial peptide with enhanced antibacterial activity. LA-Bac8c inhibits Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, Staphylococcus epidermidis, E. coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with MICs of 1, 4, 8, 8, and 8 ??g/mL, respectively.
