DN59
Description
DN59 is a 33-amino-acid peptide that mimics the stem region of the dengue virus type 2 E protein. DN59 inhibits all four serotypes of dengue virus (IC50: 2-5 ??M) as well as other flaviviruses. DN59 acts by directly interacting with viral particles, leading to the release of genomic RNA. DN59 has antiviral activity.
