d-KLA Peptide (D-(KLAKLAK)2), an isomer of KLA peptide (HY-P5345), is a pro-apoptotic peptide. d-KLA Peptide specifically targets mitochondria and induces apoptosis by disrupting the mitochondrial membrane. d-KLA Peptide increases caspase 3/7 activity, exerts a pro-apoptotic effect, and enhances anti-tumor efficacy in a mouse melanoma model.
