ChMAP-28
Description
ChMAP-28 is an antimicrobial peptide. ChMAP-28 can be extracted from goats (Capra hircus). ChMAP-28 induces necrotic cell death. ChMAP-28 effectively kills a variety of bacteria, including strains tolerant to Polymyxin and Meropenem (HY-13678). ChMAP-28 has anti-tumor activity against acute promyelocytic leukemia, epidermoid carcinoma, melanoma, and mammary adenocarcinoma.
