Description
XT-1 is an antimicrobial peptide derived from the skin secretions of the tropical clawed frog Xenopus tropicalis. XT-1 has strong activity against S. aureus, E. coli, and C. albicans, with MICs of 5, 6, and 50 ??M, respectively.
