Temporin SHF
Description
Temporin SHF is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide active against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, and yeast, without hemolytic activity. Temporin SHF disrupts the acyl chain packing of anionic lipid bilayers, leading to fissures and microbial membrane disintegration. Temporin SHF can be used in the development of antibacterial drugs.
