Description
RO7196472 is a potent macrocyclic peptide antibiotic that selectively inhibits the activity of Acinetobacter strains. RO7196472 inhibits the activity of Acinetobacter strains by targeting and binding the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) binding site of the LptB2FG complex on the inner membrane of Acinetobacter strains, thereby inhibiting lipopolysaccharide transport.
