Penta lysine
Description
Penta lysine is an antimicrobial peptide. Penta lysine inhibits the growth of Gram-positive bacteria (including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and Gram-negative bacteria (including E. coli, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Penta lysine induces hemolysis of human erythrocytes. Penta lysine can be used in research on bacterial infections (including MRSA and P. aeruginosa infections).
