Lynronne-1
Description
Lynronne-1 is an antimicrobial peptide. Lynronne-1 is active against Gram-positive bacteria, including MDR strains (MIC: 8-32 ??g/mL against methicillin-resistant MRSA strains). Lynronne-1 reduces bacterial load in a mouse model of MRSA-infected wounds. Lynronne-1 is also effective against P. aeruginosa infection.
