LVTX-8
Description
LVTX-8 is a peptide toxin extracted from Lycosa vittata. LVTX-8 has potent anticancer and anti-metastatic activity against lung cancer, with strong cytotoxicity. LVTX-8 significantly induces apoptosis through the P53 hypoxia pathway and integrin signaling, and inhibits the proliferation, invasion, and migration of lung cancer cells. LVTX-8 significantly inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in A549/H460 xenograft mouse models.
