LL-37 (37-1)
Description
LL-37 (37-1) is the reverse sequence of LL-37 (HY-P1222), with biological activity highly similar to that of LL-37. LL-37 (37-1) has bactericidal function and is a host defense peptide of the immune system. LL-37 (37-1) can interact with double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) to inhibit double-stranded RNA-induced production of thymic stromal lymphopoietin, CCL5/RANTES, CXCL10/IP-10, and CXCL8/IL-8, and upregulate the expression of CXCL8. LL-37 (37-1) can be used in research on psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
