Description
KK14(R) is an analog of the de novo synthesized peptide KK14 with antifungal activity, with MIC values of 6.25, 12.5, and 12.5 ??g/mL against Fusarium culmorum, Penicillium expansum, and Aspergillus niger, respectively. KK14(R) has good thermal and pH stability. KK14(R) is cytotoxic to Caco-2 and RAW264.7 cells.
