Hc-CATH (Sea snake cathelicidin) is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide. Hc-CATH has inhibitory effects against Shigella dysenteriae and Klebsiella pneumoniae, with MICs of 0.16 mM-20.67 mM. Hc-CATH has anti-inflammatory activity.
