Description
Corticostatin, human (Human Neutrophil Peptide-4) TFA is an antimicrobial peptide with antiviral activity. Corticostatin, human TFA can kill Escherichia coli, Streptococcus faecalis, and Candida albicans. Corticostatin, human (HNP-4) TFA has stronger bactericidal activity against Gram-negative bacteria than any of HNP-1-3. Corticostatin, human TFA can be isolated from the azurophilic granule fraction of a discontinuous Percoll gradient.
