Description
Cathelicidin-PY is an antimicrobial peptide with potent antimicrobial activity. Cathelicidin-PY inhibits the activation of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (HY-D1056)-induced TLR4 inflammatory pathway. Cathelicidin-PY has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities and low cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cells. Cathelicidin-PY can be used in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory research.
