SpHistin
Description
SpHistin is an antimicrobial peptide (AMP). SpHistin can bind LPS (HY-D1056) and permeabilize bacterial membranes. The combination of SpHistin with rifampicin (HY-B0272) and azithromycin (HY-17506) promotes intracellular uptake of the antibiotics, thereby enhancing the bactericidal activity of both drugs against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
