Description
RBWH15 is a synthetic broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide. RBWH15 promotes the permeabilization of the bacterial outer and inner membranes, disrupts membrane integrity, and causes bacterial death. RBWH15 has biofilm-eradicating activity and can clear preformed bacterial biofilms. RBWH15 exhibits broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive ESKAPE pathogens (including multidrug-resistant strains). RBWH15 can be used in research on multidrug-resistant bacterial infections.
