Poterepatide
Description
Poterepatide (HDM1005) is a GLP-1R/GIPR dual agonist. Poterepatide preferentially reduces fat mass and improves hepatic steatosis in a dose-dependent manner, improving lipid metabolism and liver function. Poterepatide can be used in research on type 2 diabetes, obesity, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
