Polymyxin B1-d7 TFA
Description
Polymyxin B1-d7 TFA is a deuterated form of Polymyxin B1 TFA (HY-A0248A). Polymyxin B1 is a potent antibacterial lipopeptide derived from Paenibacillus polymyxa. Polymyxin B1 is the major component of Polymyxin B (HY-A0248). Polymyxin B1 induces bacterial cell lysis through interaction with the bacterial cell membrane. Polymyxin B1 can be used in research on multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections.
