Imapextide
Description
Imapextide (MBX 1416) is a selective, reversible glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) antagonist. Imapextide selectively and reversibly modulates GLP-1R, reverses the effects of GLP-1 agonists, and abolishes agonist-induced anorectic and weight-lowering activities. Imapextide can be used in the research of post-bariatric hypoglycemia.
