CMV

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Peptides are a common research tool in immune system study with response to CMV. These peptides include cytokine secretion from human CD4 and CD8 T cells, like: IL-2, IL-5, IFN-γ, and IL-13.

The CMV peptide pool induces secretion of FN-γ, IL-2, IL-5, and IL-13 from human CD4 and CD8 T cells, it contains 42 peptides from cytomegalovirus. The CMV peptide pool is intended for application in immunoassays such as ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and flow cytometry, but should not be applied in diagnostic procedures.
